The 2026 TRMCC AGM weekend is to be held in Timaru 20th, 21st and 22nd February 2026.
The itinerary for the weekend is;
Friday 20th Registration opens from 4.00pm at The Speights Ale House, Followed by evening BBQ at 6:00pm Speights Ale House, Courtyard.
Saturday 21st Breakfast (from 7.30am) followed by AGM (starting promptly at 9:30 am) - The Landing Service Conference Centre, Tmaru. (Next door to The Speights Ale house)
Following the AGM - Bike show and shine, TRMCC national Ride out, lunch in Geraldine, North vs South Tug o' war, crank Toss
Saturday evening - AGM buffet meal, prize giving, charity raffle, Bar - 5:30 - 11.30 - Landing Service Conference centre (shuttle service to and from accomodation available)
Sunday 22nd - Farewell breakfast at Speights Ale house from 7:30am
